JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY General Summary
The Software Developer will support, maintain and enhance existing and new web applications and services used by federal agencies such as the US Department of Education. The developer will potentially work on multiple, concurrent projects involving domains such as data collection and reporting, online collaboration, and grants management.
At least five years of experience with full-stack web development using the following technologies:
Server-side web development using .NET.
Database development using SQL Server or similar.
At least one year of experience with a UI framework such as Bootstrap or similar.
At least one year of experience with Git or a similar version control system.
Education and Additional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or at least ten years of professional experience working in related software development.
Ability to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
This position will be subject to a government Position of Trust (5C) and background investigation.
