Responsible for delivery of strategic content to support growth of AEM Corporations divisions and subsidiaries.
Reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates with many teams. Manages inbound and outbound marketing content strategy and execution and provides substantive support to business development / proposal teams.

This is a job for a writer/editor who wants to work with a network of dozens of subject matter experts to tell our story in a compelling and concise way. The Communications Associate is expected to help grow the role, advocating for, guiding colleagues in, and supporting positioning, brand proposition, personality, voice, and execution.
In short, we want someone fired up to tell our story in a way that deeply appeals to our prospects, customers, partners, and stafftaking the time to really understand our culture, our areas of work, and the set of stakeholders for each internal and external client.

Develop close relationships with practice leads and subject matter experts
Lead the development and implementation of content strategies for priority teams to meet defined and measurable business goals
Manage content calendars (blog, social media) and ensure delivery of content on time
Work intensively with practice leaders on development and editing of proposals and annex documents so that they are accessible and compelling to both technical and non-technical audiences
Assist with the drafting of content for each team (blogs, ebooks, webpages, case studies, webinars, videos, newsletters, reports, etc.)
Edit content to match corporate style guide and ensure high quality
Own, develop, and promote use of the AEM style guide
Collaborate with colleagues in design to ensure highly compelling materials
Assist with the development and management of inbound and outbound channels, as appropriate
Identify and make the case for innovative tools and technologies to help tell stories about AEM and our clients
Identify potential partners and new channels to expand the reach and impact of content
Collaborate in pitches to win new marketing business
Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to colleagues
Minimum of 3 years experience as marketing or communications writer
Demonstrated experience working with multiple clients, internally or externally
Demonstrated experience managing processes with high levels of content outputs
Superior written and verbal communications skills
Minimum bachelors degree required
Preferred but not required
Experience with federal contracts
