Twenty Bridge is currently seeking a Data Scientist in Salt Lake City, UT.



DUTIES

Develop unstructured data analysis workflow from collection to visualization
Develop and perform classification using methods such as logistic regression, decision trees, support vector machines and deep learning classifiers.
Responsible for selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques.
Responsible for data mining using state-of-the-art methods and tools.
Use Natural Language Processing to mine unstructured data and create logic to select candidate data for document recovery.
Responsible for processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
Develop methods and processes to merge and analyze various spatio-temporal datasets.
Map unstructured data to standard Traffic Incident Management related codes and/or master look-up lists
Analyze unstructured timeseries data to calculate and display standard performance measures.
Redact free text Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data to conform to various state and federal privacy rules.
Perform assessment of existing data collection and analysis systems
Develop data management framework and guidelines
Support business development effort
Ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with scripting languages such as Python and R.
Experience with cloud providers services such as AWS.
Experience developing data processing workflow and visualizations.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust (NACI)
Masters Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of software development / data analysis / engineering experience.
Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms and tools.
Experience with common data science toolkits and methods to identify potential candidate data for inclusion in data repositories and user interfaces.
Good applied mathematics and statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
Great writing and communication skills and data-oriented personality.
Experience with processing unstructured data such as text, images and video is desirable.
