JOB DESCRIPTION

APPLY
PURPOSE

Support the Product Management team in achieving the strategic financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the given portfolio of products. This role will develop specialist knowledge of a defined product and act as a product liaison between industry experts customers product managers service management and various departments to ensure the product remains attractive to market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Expertise
- As a product specialist provide consulting services to customers to assist them to cope with the process business or technical transformations resulting from the implementation of the product
- Bring expertise with regards to the product roadmap over its lifecycle (upgrade requirements)
- Support technical recommendations preparation
- Support specific product projects (End of Life migration upgrade)
- Contribute to training collateral for customers solution designers and delivery teams
- Support customers in product migration and/or upgrade activities

Sales/Channel Support
- Support bid management processes and pre-sales customer interactions
- Support internal sales team and other channels to market as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Product/Portfolio Innovation/Definition
- Support functional requirements preparation as a SME
- Support Product Managers throughout the build/launch process to ensure delivery of the right product to market

EXPERIENCE

- 2 to 3 years relevant business experience in an international company

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- SITA Portfolio understanding
- Knowledge of the IT & ATI industries
- Understanding of market requirements and functional specifications
- Knowledge of Product Management Stage Gate or other product development methodology
- Able to operate within virtual teams

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree level or equivalent in a technical business or marketing discipline
