JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Essential Functions:
* Operation Administration/Counter Sales role will work closely with office personnel and management to carry out essential administrative tasks supports the efforts of the Sunoco Energy Services (SES) team in various functions including counter sales/customer service and processing of daily paper work.
* Other responsibilities will be include assisting shipping and receiving, inventory control, dispatch, maintaining price books and light facility maintenance.
* The Operations Admin is an integral part of SES team and plays a critical role in the success of SES.
* Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
* Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications
* Must quickly adapt to changing situations and priorities to serve internal and external customers in a timely manner
* Data Entry Skills
* Available after hours and on weekends as required
