JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY HELP DESK MANAGER - AIR FORCE PERSONNEL OPERATIONS ACTIVITY (AFPOA), RANDOLPH AFB, SAN ANTONIO, TX.
Provides leadership and management support for Contractor personnel assigned in support of the Field Support task. The Help Desk Manager shall provide supervision and training of assigned personnel to ensure a high level of proficiency and customer service. The Help Desk Manager shall possess the Information Assurance (IA) Technical Level II certification IAW the Workforce Improvement Program (http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives ) and AFMAN 17-1303, Cybersecurity Workforce Improvement Program, May 2016 (http://www.e-publishing.af.mil ).
