JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Description
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for performing an array of activities intended to ensure the accuracy of data entry and gift processing, quality of data entered into various systems, and continuous quality improvement.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Upload Donation Data Files uploading files on a daily basis from multiple sources for multiple stations. Must validate accuracy of donor and donation information being uploaded into two Team Approach (TA) systems from these various sources;
* Record Merges Manage potential duplicates identified in fundraising systems (two TA and Luminate Online). Record merges, prevent duplicate mailings, insure all donor information is on a single record and accurately track donor giving history.
* Data Hygiene Reviews and updates donor profile information based on Luminate Online exception reports, development system data quality reports, program guide errors, and other ongoing and project data clean-up lists.
Qualified candidates will have strong database skills and experience using a fundraising CRM. The successful candidate will have proven attention to detail and excellent problem solving ability.
