CLEANCOR Energy Solutions is an entrepreneurial company
seeking a Manager of Technical Sales, System Design and
Project Management to help expand our growing business
of providing liquefied natural gas ( LNG ) fuel supply
and logistics to commercial, industrial, agricultural,
and transportation customers, and providing short-term
pipeline supply during maintenance projects. CLEANCOR
LNG handles all midstream and downstream project design,
installation, operations and technical support.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join
our team for the following position:
Position Title: Manager, Technical Sales and Project
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Houston, TX or Palm Springs, CA
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, preferably
Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3+ Years Engineering, Project Management or
Sales Management Experience
Languages: English (Spanish a plus)
This position will be responsible for assisting in
developing new customers by assessing their fuel supply
requirements, and identifying opportunities and
solutions to support fuel switching from propane or
diesel to liquefied or compressed natural gas. This
Position will require substantial time in the field
meeting with existing and prospective customers. This
Position will be responsible for seeing a project from
solutions proposal development, to contract execution,
to working with the technical field team to oversee
equipment installation and the commencement of fuel
supply operations.
A qualified candidate will have the following
Technical understanding of pipeline natural gas, and
the supply, handling, storage and transport of
compressed and liquefied natural gas, and the
specialized equipment employed therein
Familiarity with the industry and regulatory codes
governing the relevant equipment, systems, and safe
operations thereof, and the ability to work
constructively with all Federal, state and local
authorities having jurisdiction over our work
Collaborative and teaming orientation required to work
effectively with geographically disperse colleagues,
prospects and customers
Structured problem solving skills to analyze relevant
customer needs, and develop creative but safe and
reliable solutions and technical proposals to address
customer needs
Effective communication of technical solutions and
financial business cases to prospective customers
Financial skills to understand profitability drivers
and how to construct a profitability analysis
Technical capabilities to create detailed
specifications for equipment and systems sufficient to
support purchase orders for and contracts with
manufacturers, fabricators and customers, and supervise
installation and commissioning of the systems
Understanding of safety procedures and maintaining a
safe operating environment and culture
Ability to occasionally work for 1-2 week durations at
remote locations during customer installations or
short-term projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel,
Experience: 3 + years prior engineering, project
management or technical sales experience. Propane or
diesel fuel sales or natural gas industry experience
with CNG or LNG a plus.
