Position Overview: In this role, the Home Office Coordinator will provide a welcoming environment to BridgeStreet's Home Office for visitors and teammates. They will also support BridgeStreet's Home Office operations and assist the Human Resources team as needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Home Office Operations

* Act as the Director of First Impressions for BridgeStreet's Home Office and promote positive environment for both visitors and teammates in the office

* Greet guests and make them feel comfortable, promptly notify appropriate teammate(s) of guests' arrival

* Accept and manage incoming and outgoing packages and daily mail

* Ensure invoices related to office management are coded, approved and submitted on a timely basis

* Manage office supply stock to ensure key items are available, facilitate special supply requests

* Assist with conference call and webinar scheduling using GoToMeeting and other software

Human Resources Support

* Provide project and administrative support to Human Resources team as needed, which may include but is not limited to scheduling and assembling packets and materials

* Participate actively in the company events committee, assist with planning and logistics for events and meetings

* Assist with managing the HR Passport to Your Success Help Desk

* Help with other initiatives and special projects as needed

Conference Rooms/Meeting Support

* Assist with booking of conference rooms for meetings

* Arrange refreshments and meals for meetings as requested

* Ensure conference rooms are clean and set up for meetings

Maintain Common Areas

* Keep the reception area presentable and welcoming for visitors

* Ensure that kitchens are tidy and have necessary supplies available

* Take note of building maintenance or furniture issues within the office space, contact appropriate vendors and follow through to ensure the issue is corrected

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

* Self-motivated and takes initiative with strong problem solving and resolution skills

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new software programs when necessary

* Detail oriented with the ability to access and accurately input information into various BridgeStreet software programs

* Experience with webinar tools such as GoToMeeting helpful but not required

* Team player with the flexibility to help when needed

* Ability and passion to live by and demonstrate our Core Values with our teammates in the field at every opportunity

* Demonstrates great "people skills" and is receptive and responsive to the needs of teammates and clients
