BayFirst Solutions is seeking a Business Development Lead to serve as a senior advisor to our Federal client's executive management team in a variety of capacities.
Key responsibilities include: Providing advice and expertise in competitive sourcing, outsourcing methods, conducting value chain analysis, strategic planning and process improvement methods, change enablement and management, site-selection, and consolidation of operations. Implement business management and performance management solutions and best practices managing, monitoring and reporting business management projects and performance. Develop and maintain a weekly status tracking PRs, deliverables, costs, action items, milestones and performance metrics. May serve as point of contact with DHS CORs/Task Monitors.
* 10 years of procurement and/or acquisition experience, including 5 Years of Government CO or Contract Specialist experience
* CO Warrant or Contract Specialist experience required
Bachelor's Degree in a related area (MS preferred)
