The VP of Solutions will be an integral leader in our organization, ensuring that our onboarding program and integrations are best in class. Leading a team of Engagement Managers, this person will be responsible for understanding the needs of new and existing clients, defining technical and general business requirements and documenting the solutions. This role focuses on the pre-sales discovery, planning, solution design, and implementation phases for managed marketing services solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focused professional with strong presentation, technical and organizational skills that enjoys partnering within a cross functional team to provide solutions to support complex client problems.


Manage and scale team of Engagement Managers, responsible for solution and requirements scoping as supporting the transition process and work streams to on-board new customers or expand solutions within existing customers.

Significant client interaction at the senior leadership level; leading design sessions, executive-level interactions, cross-team collaboration, issue and risk mitigation, etc.

Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding and continued success from pre-sales through go-live and steady state operations.

Implement and maintain standard integrations simplify deployment and ensure continued upgrades to keep pace with innovation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client expectations and project timelines are met.

Design and implement best practices for integrations, and support the strong partnerships necessary to maintain them over time

Collaborate with the product team to scope and deliver on system enhancements and changes to standard integrations.

Facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer of integration offering to internal client facing teams

Essential Experience

8+ years of prior related and industry experience

Strong with process mapping & process improvement theories

Black or Green belt preferred

Bachelor s degree strongly preferred

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings, calls and other communications through all phases of the implementation.

A good understanding of commercial print buying and the ability to provide practical help to the Operations and business as usual teams where required

Previous experience in an implementation or project management role.

Team leadership/Management experience and dynamic leadership style across cultures and teams

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow process, where process does not exist creates process for others to follow

Ability to interpret, analyse and research problems, and make decisions on an appropriate course of action using own initiative.

Ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure

Excellent knowledge and experience of MS-Excel, Outlook, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, Visio, MS-Project and modern internet browsers.
