The Supply Chain Support will provide various tasks on supporting the daily operations within the Supply Chain group

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

* Perform daily mailroom activities, including sorting and delivering of mail and packages

* Perform scanning, copying and filing of various documents

* Perform data entry into associated data systems

* Create dashboards, graphs and or reports from Excel

* Contact suppliers to obtain various documents

* Provide support as needed to the front desk / main lobby. Greet and direct visitors, answer phone calls and direct all calls to the appropriate party


* High School graduate or equivalent required

* 1-2 years experience in an office environment

* Attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs

* Organization skills

* Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employee s and Sr. management and guests

* Computer literacy required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge in using an MRP system desired; SAP knowledge preferred
