A dynamic position in Global Quality Assurance, with focus on improving and supporting quality of high-performance products in our rapidly growing semiconductor industry.



As an interface between the customer and our global manufacturing network, you would become part of our Global Quality Assurance Team which belongs to Performance Materials / Quality and Compliance. Our international team focuses on supplying a constantly high and increasing level of quality to our customers by assuring a coordinated and harmonized approach to product quality within our global production network.



Your role:

Based in the US you will be a key contact window to our global customers and align their needs with our production sites within our global manufacturing network in Asia, Europe, and the US. You will respond to customer requests and make sure they obtain a quick and comprehensive response. Together with our Global quality assurance network in other countries you will contribute to the coordination of our quality approach and will harmonize the quality processes within our business unit Semiconductor Solutions. You will focus on maintaining and improving the quality of raw materials which we source internationally. In global quality projects you will take a lead role and will take care of customer requests and complaints as well as of change and continuous improvement projects.



Who you are:

* Master degree in engineering or science/chemistry, or equivalent work experience

* Strong communication skills, experience in customer communication, experience of working in an international context

* Technical expertise in the semiconductor or related industry, ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies

* Experience in improving product quality, preferably in a quality assurance function

* A good basis of operational production know-how, supplier management skills

* Systematic and pragmatic approach to technical challenges, delivering thorough and long-lasting solutions

* Good project management skills

* Proactively address potential for improvement
