Description/Job Summary


Your mission will be to lead and manage the Edmac Compressor Parts Company, to aggressively grow Edmac business in accordance with the Divisional and Company targets with focus on operational efficiency. Further strengthen employee motivation and customer satisfaction,
while increasing the level of profitability. Ensure that Edmac is recognized as a world class supplier of compressor parts.

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement the Edmac business plan developed in accordance with the strategy, guidelines and goals defined with the CTS Division and grow the business to bring it to the next level.

Prepare communication plans and activities on product offers, sales promotions and campaigns.

Assist and advise Edmac global operations.

Establish and maintain a sound pricing policy of parts, direct and through internal supply channels according to plan and Division guidelines.

Focus on operations and sales efficiency in order to stay competitive and commercially aggressive.

Keep a close and tight control of all operational and functional costs Further increase high level of satisfaction and service quality to the customers.

Further develop our market coverage through all available sales channels, e-commerce, telemarketing, outside sales, and in-house sales.

Develop and follow-up plans with set targets and regular reviews with internal Atlas Copco and Distributor and Multibrand networks.

Coach, manage and further develop a professional team of employees.

Analyze the results of the periods, propose sets of actions to grow or adjustments to the management.

Develop and prepare monthly financial and operational KPI's.

Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.

Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

Previous successful sales experience with an understanding of finance and business control, and an entrepreneurial attitude.


Bachelor s Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent through a combination of education and experience.


Must be able to work independently and on a team, have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Edmac
is currently using the P21 ERP system, developing proficiency in this system is also required. Some travel to customer sites required.
