Position Description/Requirements

Requirements:
* Bachelors of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience or engineering experience in Chemical, Petro Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries.

Description:

Lead turnaround team to deliver safe and cost effective execution of large shutdown projects throughout the manufacturing plant.

* Key Accountabilities
Establish and drive fulfillment of annual Turnaround (TAR) deadlines.
Direct the TAR team to identify, plan, and lead the execution of work for TAR and other large routine or opportunity shutdowns to be on schedule and budget.
Work closely with Manufacturing and Supply & Logistics leadership to coordinate shutdown activities with production schedules.
Work closely with procurement to proactively establish strategy for resourcing external services and purchasing/expediting of materials.
Direct the TAR team to focus on continuous improvement aimed at optimizing efficiency through exceptional preparation and execution of shutdown activities.

* Preferred Skills:
Leadership and/or Project Management experience.
Written and oral communication, computer skills using Microsoft tools, SAP, and ability to manage several projects at once
