Description
The LPO Mortgage Broker is primarily responsible for external sales and origination of mortgage loans
via on-going outside sales calling efforts. Backs up the efforts of Community Development Banker.
Has a sense of urgency and works as a team in providing Best in Class Client Experience . This
position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, within the scope of the
individual s authority, with respect to matters of significance to the Bank.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent with three to five years of mortgage and/or financial experience
required. Minimum of two years outside sales experience. Thorough understanding of underwriting
criteria and guidelines. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the Federal and State Regulations dealing
with Mortgage and Home Equity lending. Strong computer skills and competence in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual desired. Must have professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
