JOB DESCRIPTIONDESCRIPTION \\" Requirements A TGI Fridays Kitchen Manager must possess superb communication and customer service skills necessary to connect with a diverse customer base and motivate a top-performing team. Our ideal Kitchen Manager is a flexible and customer-focused employee who enjoys developing a team of high performing line cooks and other back of house employees while maintaining a high level of business acumen though managing inventory.
Specific requirements for the Kitchen Manager include:
-College coursework with Bachelor s Degree preferred
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred
-Prior experience in purchasing and production
-Previous kitchen experience preferred
-Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
-Frequent bending and stooping required
-Must be able to read and write English
-Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
Minimum Age 21 Ability to Lift 30 lbs Ability to Stand 6-8 Hours Yes
