Reports to Assistant Director, Supply Chain Linen Services. Under close supervision of the Linen Services Group Leader/Supervisor, assembles, inspects and counts linen. Comprehends and demonstrates the delivery process for small orders as it relates to the Towline Operations for the Supply Chain Shared Service Center.
Requires ability to read and understand English in order to follow instructions, job assignments, schedules and work orders. Ability to utilize and understand universal safety precautions when delivering.
Requires the ability to read at minimum of 8th grade level, and mathematical ability of at least a 6th grade level.
Night Shift, Full Time (40 hours)
Weekend work required

Must be able to count and accurately complete inventory sheets.
Highly effective interpersonal communication skills to interact with medical staff, patients, visitors and other hospital employees.
Required Licensure, Certification:
Work requires lifting of 50 lbs., standing and/or walking for 100% of time.
Work is performed in a warehouse environment where there exposure to dust and noise.
Employees in this position will be required to adhere to work availability and departmental scheduling requirements. This may include, but is not limited to, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
