REPORTS TO: ILS Manager
SUPERVISES: ILS CSA Team members
AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) activities
o Development of CSA database for all configuration worthy items
o Ensures all contractual required Logistics Support Information (LSI) data elements are accurately reported in CSA database
Responsible for interfacing with ILS Program Lead for CSA activities and issues
Responsible for interfacing with OEMs/Suppliers to obtain Vendor Furnished Information as needed
Responsible for interfacing with Navy/SUPSHIP personnel on CSA related issues
Responsible for ensuring all change order activity that impacts CSA is processed, documented and communicated to rest of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Team
Responsible for assigned CSA budget, related schedules, and Team member task assignments to meet contractual requirements
Responsible for developing and maintaining Team metrics and reports
Participates in Program reviews
Successful applicant must be willing to cross-train to other areas within ILS as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
o 6+ years of CSA experience on Navy, MSC or USCG Contracts
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Experienced in interacting with Supply Chain, Engineering, multiple
design teams from several companies, customer representatives and equipment manufacturers.
o Working knowledge of Allowance Equipage List (AEL) and Allowance Parts List (APL) development.
o Computer literate and familiar with Material and Equipment Realtime Logistics Information Network (MERLIN) and / or Configuration Data Managers Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) and Microsoft Office products.
o High School diploma or equivalent required. Related degrees advantageous
o Prior U.S. Navy, MSC or USCG experience desired, but not required
o US Citizenship

Full discretionary authority to assign work, supervise subordinate team members

Will determine the technical adequacy of CSA deliverables
A significant degree of discretion permitted within the boundaries of broad guidelines to achieve organizational goals and contractual requirements within constraints set by senior management and Organization policies. Includes the coordination and supervision of CSA Personnel with responsibility for the standard of workmanship, completion of work assignments and allocation of resources.
* Interpretation of guideline material and documented precedents and the application of judgment may be required in the determining of solutions to problems.
* Will provide input to evaluations of all CSA subordinate members of the CSA Team
LIAISES WITH: Engineering, Supply Chain, Navy, Equipment Suppliers and ILS

* 18 years of age or older.
* Able to provide proof of US Person Status
* No felony convictions of Theft/Deception or Violent crimes within
seven years from disposition date
* No felony convictions of Drug crimes within three years from
