JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Areas of Responsibility
Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.
Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
General interior maintenance hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems and repair doors.
Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed
Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment and other materials as requested
Replace lighting and ballasts
Clean HVAC coils change filters and belts.
Process and handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper routing and labeling.
Screen unclassified mail and determine appropriate distribution.
Handle all special request mail responsibilities, such as UPS, Federal Express, and courier service.
Manage the facilities requests in the account work order system for the team.
Schedule the teams work for moves, dock activity and event set up and tear down.
Actively help the team with tasks when additional manpower is required.
Other tasks as assigned
Valid Arizona State Driver's License required
Associates Degree preferred, High school diploma required.
Experience with UPS, Federal Express, and courier services
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to adequately perform required job functions. This includes being able to lift, bend and move in such a way as to perform job tasks in a safe and approved manner.
Must be able to operate required machinery in a safe and approved manner, will be required to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
2 years of related trade schooling or equivalent working with HVAC/mechanical systems.
Ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports
Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes
Proficient with computer-based systems and programs, including Microsoft Office and Outlook\
Skilled and physically able to operate electric hand tools, work on a ladder, carry tools, lift and carry heavy loads, operate required equipment, and operate a motor vehicle
Able to work in close places such as closets, crawl spaces, attics, vaults, etc.
Able to work on roofs of buildings
Able to frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Routinely available as On Call craftsperson
