This position will build and execute marketing campaigns to meet lead generation goals. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible managing all campaign aspects within Pardot, including writing content, email development, testing, database management, reporting & analytics, and optimization. Collaborate with fellow marketing team members and Sales team to develop and execute relevant and impactful campaigns. This position works closely with the Segment marketing team, Sales, Digital Marketing and Product Management. This requires regular evaluation of KPIs across tactics to draw insights from data and recommend enhancements to optimize results.Responsibilities/DutiesSet up and execute N2N lead generation campaigns in PardotDevelop and manage variety of campaigns based on list segmentationWork with Director of Marketing to develop marketing deliverables according to the defined marketing planAct as main point of contact for new prospect campaigns and manage expectations through proactive communication with Segment marketing team and New Sales teamWork with designers, copywriters, and others to get projects done on time and on budgetTrack and report on key metricsFollow existing style and brand guidelines.Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of expert-level experience with Pardot platform for a B2B technology companyDemonstrated ability to create and optimize a diverse range of digital contentExperience with marketing automation and sales enablement platforms as well as HTML skillsExcellent organization skills and strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environmentResults oriented with a metric mindset, a can-do attitude, and an eye for detailMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate across teams and with management.Flexible and responsive to change.Benefits:We put our Ambassadors first.
