We are looking for someone who has worked in a biological production environment such as algae production, yogurt production or other processes where microbes are used in production. The candidate should understand the operation and functions of a small biopolymer production plant.
* Experience leading production involving microbes.
* Demonstrated experience and success leading business processes.
* Able to work well in a team environment
* Must be able to obtain DoD security clearance, which includes US citizenship, and be able to travel up to 25% time.
* S in Microbiology or related field desired but not required. Commensurate experience may be substituted for the degree.
This position will be based out of the ARA Southern Division offices. ARA's Southern Division headquarters is located near the Mississippi River in the historic town of Vicksburg, MS near the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC).
