Lakeside Behavioral Health System has day, evening and night openings for APRNs in our Intake department. 12 hour shifts are available. Key Responsibilities include:
The Family Nurse Practitioner conducts emergency medical exams in our Intake department. The Family Nurse Practitioner is accountable for medical screenings, prompt action on labs, reviewing records, and determining medical appropriateness for admission.
The following are the job requirements for the Family Nurse Practitioner:
1.Master s degree from an accredited advanced practice nursing program.
2.Licensed to practice in the State of TN as an FNP.
3.3-5 years clinical experience in an emergency room preferred.
4.Excellent clinical, management and organizational skills required. Must have outstanding interpersonal skills along with a caring, compassionate, and professional presentation.
