Indigo Urgent Care in Lake Stevens is seeking an experienced PA-C or FNP for a full-time opportunity.

Sign on bonus of $10,000.00 for a commitment of 18 months.

Lake Stevens is located about 35 miles north of Seattle proper (population 33,000).

Indigo Urgent Care operates 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We treat urgent care patients of all ages.

Highly trained clinic staff includes: CMA's, LPN's, X-ray Tech and Clinic Manager.

X-ray and lab on-site.

EPIC EMR is used.

Full time can be 12, 13 or 14 shifts a month.

Schedule is made out 3 months in advance.

Successful candidate should have a min. of 1 year clinical experience (post degree) in an UC, FM or ED setting. Must be confident in treating all ages, x-ray reads, suturing, splinting, minor office procedure and practicing autonomously.

PA-C or FNP

Washington license (current/good standing)

DEA (current/no restrictions)

BLS (current or willing to obtain prior to start date)
