Riverside Community Hospital, Founded in 1901, is a 478 licensed bed, full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire. Provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions and discharge planning. Supervises treatment delivered by the PTA and students. Supervises volunteers. Helps coordinate daily activities of physical therapy services, participates in program development, quality improvement and problem solving in a flexible team fashion. Documents the delivery of services according to facility and departmental standards.
Reports To: Director of Rehabilitation Services
Supervises: PT Assistant Students

QUALIFICATIONS POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Current California State licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
* CPR qualified or completes training.
* BS degree from an APTA accredited School of Physical Therapy.
* Minimum one year experience as a physical therapist.
* Experience working with the pediatric to geriatric population is preferred.
* Recent graduate who have applied for the licensure exam and can show proof of LAPT status may be considered for the position.
* Knowledge in all areas of patient treatment.
* Ability to carry out department policies and procedures.
* Self- directed.
