JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY OVERVIEW
Work with department director, leads and staff to coordinate, oversee, centralize, systemize, and standardize intradepartmental operations and activities as needed to most effectively provide both internal and external customer services. May have or take direct division responsibilities as needed or assigned. Coordinate interdepartmental and intradepartmental functions including but not limited to acting as a liaison between the Building and Engineering departments and other departments. Manage and maintain department quality control and statistical analysis. Act as the liaison for state and federal compliance issues. Assist with long-range planning and program implementation. Assist with construction design, planning and investigation.
- Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five years experience in quality improvement and hospital operations.
- Five years experience in Hospital Operations Management.
- Pediatric experience.
- Preventative Maintenance Administration.
