JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Greet and interact with each guest, while checking out towels and recreation equipment, assisting guests in all water rides, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Assist with other River Ranch daily responsibilities and procedures as stated in the River Ranch manual.
Assist in seasonal and group recreational events.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, Pointe People may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the resort.
* Other duties as assigned by the manager.
* Seven days/week availability as needed and scheduled. Early to late hours as needed.
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
* CPR certified (may be provided by the Pointe if needed).
* Encouraging and motivational abilities.
* Must be able to swim.
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to lift and hold up to 75 lbs.
* Must be able to be submersed in water for at least 2 hrs. per day.
* Must be able to work in severe weather conditions.
Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
