What you will enjoy doing:
As one of our Production Supervisors, you will assist the Area Manager with the execution of principle operational responsibilities to meet or exceed key performance indicators at the production Facility. You will also support the liaison between the plant, Messer account management and the customer. You will:
* Manage site compliance to management systems; serve as Safety, Health, Environmental and Emergency Coordinator, QD Designee, Document Manager, and Corrective and Preventative Action Administrator
* Ensure the HWP process, Lock Out, Tag Out and energy isolation procedures Host internal and external audits: utilize Web Audit Manager and Synergy to execute, document all corrective actions issued to the site from Audits and Incidents review (when applicable)
* Inventory management of bulk liquid storage and backup units at the site(s).
* Accept On-call duty and overtime as required
* Follow all Quality Control requirements to ensure a quality product is delivered to Messer s customers.
Do you have what it takes*
A bachelor s degree in engineering and a minimum of five years experience in industrial, plant operations, or maintenance experience is required. Basic algebra, fractions, percentages, and unit conversions are required as are basic computer skills. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are critical.
