Job Description SummaryProvides professional project management experience to designated programs, projects and assignments as delegated by the local PM leadership. Interacts with client representatives, receives direction and coordinates with the broker, property manager or facility management team to execute on the project activities. Monitors and coordinates the completion of the various services and processes relating to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvements. Works in collaboration with the assigned account manager, building or facility management team, clients, owners and others. Individual must be extremely interested in working with a team of professionals working towards a common goal of success through building relationships and providing quality service and care to all internal and external team members.
Job Description
Prepare meeting agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met. Keep all project stakeholders apprised of progress at all times utilizing consistent and clear reporting methods.
Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients, property/facility management team, and project team (as applicable) at conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases of project.
Assist in the competitive selection process, contract negotiation process and oversight of all design consultants, specialty vendors and construction teams as necessary for each project engagement operating as a representative of the Owner / Tenant.
Review requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client and project team on costs and schedule impacts
Support the marketing of our PM Service offering to existing and future clients as required to develop and secure new business and support the overall team growth
Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures to ensure you are maintaining a positive and professional relationship while consistently operating within the parameters designated by Cushman & Wakefield s Corporate Compliance and PDS standard practices.
Cooperate with and drive all project stakeholders to achieve project / program goals and objectives ensure quality, service level and company profits are protected.
Report to immediate supervisor major problems and findings and results achieved with recommendations on resolution. Present a fact-based view of project issues and partner with leadership at all times to work with and through the corporate PDS platform to provide the best possible client outcome possible.
Advise and obtain the necessary approvals from the appropriate members of management of potential organizational changes, actions that might require additional commitments, and the need for expenditures in excess of approved budget.
Adhere to government laws and regulations and established rulings of government authorities, including building codes, safety regulations, etc.
Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance
Strive constantly to improve skill and work knowledge; keep up to date in the field of specialization

Prefer a B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture (or equivalent work experience )

Minimum of 5 to 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing team resources
Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and any PM software such as BlueBeam or PlanGrid.Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
