JOB DESCRIPTIONQUALITY ASSURANCE LEADER
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Essity North America, Compression Solutions business is currently looking for a QUALITY ASSURANCE LEADER (LOCAL). This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be based out of Tulsa, OK.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Ensuring all current and future developments in the Quality Management system occur within the scope of the Standards relevant to the manufacturing and sales of Medical Devices (both within the United States and Abroad). Validating quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures. Possessing an operational understanding of inventory systems to the extent that it pertains to asset traceability. This includes the proper monitoring of outgoing/incoming product inventory, so that is can be properly monitored for quality issues. Maintaining and improving product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods. Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions, and re-validations. Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Achieving quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change. Serve as the Management Representative for Quality Assurance per FDA requirements.
WHO YOU ARE
* College Degree
* 5 years experience working in Quality Assurance, Post-collegiate business school experience in Quality Management, or both
* Experience in the maintenance, or implementation of the following Quality Standards:
* ISO 13485 or ISO 9001
* FDA Standards Relevant to the Manufacturing and Sales of Medical Devices
