The RN Supervisor will supervise nursing and support personnel and takes ownership of all facility operational activities on designated shift. Education/Training:Graduate of an approved school of nursing Licensure/Certification:Maintain current FL RN license renewed every two yearsMaintains current BLS certification Experience:One year of leadership experience in a healthcare facility Essential Functions:
Ensures that quality care is provided for all residents
Coordinates staffing needs and reviews coverage on a daily basis to meet resident care requirements
Coordinates and participates in the delivery of patient care ensuring compliance with physician orders and established policies, procedures and standards of practice
Performs direct patient care activities as required to meet operational needs
Interfaces with residents and families to provide instruction, promote participation in resident care and to coordinate nursing activities
