Are you a self-motivated, confident, and passionate Technical Service Representative who understands and has experience with industrial automation and has a passion for delivering solutions?

In this role you'll be…. providing expert technical support to internal and external customers in a prompt, professional and accurate manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with all company products and services.

Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:

*Receives and responds to telephone inquiries from customers in need of technical support for all Markem-Imaje printer models.

*Develops and expands knowledge of specific customer applications for all company products to better respond to customer issues, problems, concerns and requests.

*Develops a detailed understanding of the technical specifications and environmental requirements at customer sites necessary for the optimal installation, operation and maintenance of the company's products

*Create, update and maintains service notifications to record interactions with customers.

*Documents all relevant details of the reported problem, diagnostic steps, and resolution to ensure accurate and detailed service history is maintained within SAP system.

Education and/or Experience Required:

*Associates degree from a technical college and customer management experience - preferred

*A minimum 3 years of experience in industrial technology required and customer management experience

Requirements:

*Domestic Travel Requirement 20%

*1st shift (10 AM - 7 PM) - must be willing to work all shift hours - If necessary.

*Must be willing to carry department cell phone for after-hours support.
