Based out of Central Florida, we are an award-winning family-oriented Smokehouse that continues to expand and grow. We have a strong culture rooted in trust, uncompromised integrity, open communication, excellence, and respect.
Our Call Center is a vital part of our To-Go Operation. We are looking for driven and guest-focused people to join our team. It is located in Central Florida but services all of our locations, near and far. Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to: * Assisting guests with Take-Out orders, Advanced Pickups, Catering Orders
* Understand the Menu and Basic 4R Knowledge
* Communicate with guests via phone and help answer their questions
* Complete Orders with 3rd Party Delivery Services (DoorDash /UberEats/ BiteSquad)
A CALL CENTER TEAM MEMBER should have the following characteristics: * Problem Solving;
* Customer Service;
* Strong Oral Communication;
* Attention to detail and well organized
* An outgoing, friendly attitude and the desire to provide your guests EXCEPTIONAL service for each and every shift
* A CONSISTENT desire to uphold the 4R Core Values
* Previous experience with POS Systems, or basic computer skills
* Ability to work evenings and Saturdays, including some holidays.
