Position: Registered Nurse Full Time Reports to: Director Patient Care Services Job Description/Requirements: COVID Response Team nurses provide follow-up care to COVID patients after they have been discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care facility. As a CRT Team Member, you will be required to: * Accept terms of COVID Response Team agreement, including: * Providing in-home care for recovering COVID patients * Successful completion of additional training requirements * Completion of Skills Assessment Requirements of Qualified Candidates: * Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of agency operation * Accept terms of COVID Response Team, including: * Providing in-home care for recovering COVID patients * Successful completion of additional training requirements * Completion of Skills Assessment * Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role * One (1) year clinical experience and one year home health experience Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order. Cannot be in the High Risk category as defined by the CDC.
