Job Title: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Information Builders sales qualification team is responsible for generating and qualifying B2B leads against a clearly defined set of criteria to drive SOPP (Sales Opportunity) targets for Information Builders Direct and Channel Sales teams. We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and driven business development-based resource that connects Marketing activity with Field Sales by making contact with inbound inquiries and managing social prospecting, drip nurture & outbound calling campaigns.
Effectively follow-up and qualify leads provided to you by marketing department
Develop new business via telephone and execute drip email campaigns to specific segments for follow up and participate in the development and creation of nurture programs.
Effectively utilise social media for engaging with and researching prospects including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
Follow up on marketing generated leads and conduct research to identify additional potential prospects
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Information Builders solution will speak to those needs
Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Develop and build relationships with prospects that create a positive image for Information Builders and its solutions
Ability to penetrate target organisations at all levels to uncover critical issues, initiatives and key contacts
