**Your Role and Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for all GBS Security Sales & Growth operations. This will include:
+ Lead capture enablement function;
+ Define GBS Security Pipeline Management Cadence and growth plan;
+ Define and lead GBS SS&G Partnership with Security IBU;
+ Initiate Problem Resolution Center Cadence;
+ SS&G Staffing and Financial Management;
+ SS&G Plan baseline and management.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ 5+ years understanding of cyber and IT environment;
+ 10+ years business development experience with successful captures;
+ Project management experience leading major projects with multiple stakeholders;
+ Experience in staffing projects and financial management;
+ Excellent delivery management of large complex programs;
+ PMI PMP certification;
+ In-depth experience in government or commercial consulting
+ Experienced interacting with other business, technical, and senior management professionals;
+ Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ 10+ years understanding of cyber and IT environment
+ 15+ years business development experience with successful captures;
+ Ability to develop investment requests for out-year planning
