Come join us and become a champion with GAINSCO.What does a SALESFORCE DATABASE ADMINISTATOR do at GAINSCO?As a member of the Salesforce Team, the Salesforce Administrator will perform the configuration, customization, and day-to-day operations of GAINSCOs B2B Salesforce CRM platform. As Salesforce Administrator, you will bring a high level of expertise in the Salesforce Lightning platform and will focus on maximizing system efficiencies and better capitalizing on the features and benefits of Salesforce-based systems. You will also work closely with internal Marketing and Sales stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Configuration:
Create and manage administration processes including, but not limited to: workflows, validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, process builder flows. Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, flows, flow triggers, and email alerts.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of the standard Salesforce capabilities.

Administration:
Align and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, record distribution, security, queues, licenses, capacity, database and storage limits.
Provide first-level support, including issue identification and resolution/escalation.

Data Quality:
Develop reports, dashboards, workflows and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
Manage system and data integrity by establishing end-user best practices.
Maintain data quality, supporting efforts including data loading, record de-duplication, and related tasks.
Monitor, assess and report on Salesforce system health and usage.

Strategy and Collaboration:
Work with Salesforce Team to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the system to support additional business processes, workflows or functions.
Collaborate on the prioritization, creation and execution of configuration requests to support business priorities and initiatives.

What is required?Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience:
Four to five years' experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com
Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning and configuring Lightning components, Workflow, Process Builder
Background in Personal Lines insurance a plus

Other skills and abilities:
Salesforce Sales Cloud System Administrator certification
Previous experience implementing and configuring Sales Cloud
Working knowledge of Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Force.com platform
Understanding of data migration from CSV, SQL or other systems to the Salesforce platform, using tools such as the Apex Data Loader
Experience with Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Einstein Analytics desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and maintain agility in response to department priorities and needs
A team player with a collaboration-oriented mindset
Strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills
