What success looks like in this role:

Provides forecasting and planning on an enterprise wide basis to ensure that the Business Unit/Industry forecasts, plans and strategies are consistent with Business Unit/Industry wide goals and strategic initiatives. Assists in business modeling, business planning, investment analysis and demand planning to the appropriate organization. Provides support to management on special projects and analyses. May manage high level individual contributors. Encourages others to consider innovative alternatives and contributes to business strategy. Guides and manages action plans.Key Responsibilities* Identifies opportunities for process improvement, and works with team to implement short- and long-range organizational objectives and operating procedures to address those opportunities.* Works with Managing Partner(s) to monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness and profitability, and effect change as required to meet the objectives of each Group within the organization.* Solicits feedback from Practice Partners and their Operations leaders on existing processes or gaps in process. Communicates this feedback to the Operations Director and Managing Partner(s). Follows up with Practice Partners and Operations leaders on status of feedback.* Acts as a central hub for the Managing Partner(s) organization executing common standards, templates, processes, and expectations.* Works closely with the Operations Director and support organizations to drive a uniform approach in the development and communication of processes and procedures.* Works closely with the Practice Partner Operations leaders to understand issues that require elevation.* Supports communication vehicles to continually update the Managing Partner(s) and Practice Partners of operational changes or key activities required to achieve success.* Manages operational projects including the collection and dissemination of information and communicates results to Operations Director and Managing Partner(s).

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Key Qualifications* A minimum of 6 years of experience in business operations, program management and/or related areas of expertise.* A bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience required.* Exceptional ability to collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.* Proficiency in working with a team to identify business process improvements delivering significant value to an organization.* The ability to build strong working relationships with the Managing Partner(s), Practice Partners, Support Organizations, and Practice Operations leaders.* Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a consensus-driven organization and to create consensus-based support for strategies and processes.* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; the ability to interact credibly with all levels in an organization, tailoring communications effectively for different groups and stakeholders.
