Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a full-time Senior-level Financial Analyst located in the Westminster, CO office for the Trimble Consulting and Corporate Accounts sector. This group is responsible for selling and delivering Trimble products and services around the world. The responsibilities for this role will include preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive management, monthly P&L forecasting, variance analysis, the development of key business metrics, and long range planning. Prior experience with professional services businesses is desired.

Responsibilities:

* Build financial models

* Assist with financial reporting systems projects

* Identify risks and opportunities for the business

* Apply continuous improvement techniques to budgeting and forecasting process

* Develop and report on business critical financial and operating metrics

* Produce meaningful variance analyses to assist operational owners in allocating resources according to our corporate strategy

* Craft clear, impactful communications and presentations tailored to a variety of audiences, particularly senior management

* Build financial models for large customer engagements

* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and swiftly establish credibility and trust

* Analyze and help develop/refine sales commission models

* Become an expert on our business model, systems, and data

* Travel may be required: 10-15%

Minimum Qualifications:


* 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience

* Experience with creating and managing metric dashboards

* Frequent application of advanced financial modeling skills

* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

* Ability to effectively prioritize immediate needs and long-term initiatives

* Clear and impactful written and verbal communications skills

* Comfortable presenting to senior business leaders, including executive team

* Bachelor s degree with emphasis in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Mathematics, or Economics) desired; MBA very helpful

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with multiple ERPs

* Experience with professional services and sales teams

* FP&A systems integrations
