Summary:

A successful candidate should be individually ambitious as well as motivated to work as a team to achieve a shared goal. Must have the ability to work on multiple task with varying duties, achieve departmental targets and goals. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven production environment. Support managers and team members by handling escalations, complicated error resolution, and answering difficult account questions for members and employees. Support department in management of ancillary products, Remote Lockbox, Corrective Workstation and Data Transmissions.

Essential Job Duties:

* Ability to perform Quality assurance on tasks such as extracting lockbox payments, data on payments and accompanying documents, processing according to customer's detailed instructions, and data entry

* This position has production metrics that determine acceptable levels of performance

* The strict deadlines requiring flexibility of schedule, as this is an open-ended position with the start and end time being determined by work flow. Capacity to work overtime, as required.

* Job duties require ability to lift, stand or sit for long periods of time

* Provide consistent exemplary customer service for lockbox clients, communicating effectively and taking ownership of task performed.

* Responsible for performing job duties in a manner that protects the security and privacy of protected health information as required by the Health

* Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 HIPAA)

* Through understanding of all Lockbox ancillary products, remote lockbox, corrective workstation, and data transmission.

* Responsible for support of lockbox operations, department balancing, customer research and problem resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to achieve high production and quality standards

* Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

* 10-key numerical data entry experience

* Knowledge of all areas in lockbox, minimum one-year experience in financial institution

Required Skills and Competencies:

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with limited supervision.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to operate independently and/or with team with minimal supervision, completing task on time

* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment and work in a multi-task fast paced environment

* Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements

* Excellent organization, planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and to work with multiple data systems simultaneously

* Proficient in use of personal computer, and proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and processes. Requires intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

* Knowledge of Smartsheet, Allegro! and Footprints

* Requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures

* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

* Excellent organization, planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and to work with multiple data systems simultaneously

* Able to analyze information and data to identify trends and anomalies, and make appropriate recommendations

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet required deadlines

Preferred:

* 1-3 years banking experience or related work experience with an Operations background

* Customer Service experience
