About the Role:
Can you lead the business discussions and demonstrate value proposition to clients about risk management solutions for Cyber Risk* Have you helped companies build products on the Cloud* Your position as a Senior Product Manager in the product management team will be responsible for contributing to the success of AIR s Cyber platform and products by driving vision, creating roadmaps, participating in product planning, requirement development and implementation activities. You will serve as AIR s evangelist for the Cyber products/features, by assessing client s needs, and competitive offerings to develop business cases, product requirements and support a long-term product roadmap. You will also manage product owners for multiple teams involved in the development of the Cyber platform.
About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role:
Serve as AIR s evangelist for the Cyber products/features, by assessing client s needs, and competitive offerings to develop product requirements and support a long-term product roadmap.
Perform market research and discover problems in the market by interviewing customers, recent evaluators and untapped potential customers. Validate problems to show their pervasiveness in the market.
Work with business owners to define target market by mapping product needs with target markets
Analyze market segments to target product features based on business case.
Conduct competitive analysis by Identify competitive offerings in the market. Assess their strengths and weaknesses. Develop a strategy for winning against the competition.
Collaborate with AIR Model managers, Software Managers and Business owner to develop a roadmap and prioritize features
Share roadmap (quarterly) with senior stakeholders and get internal buy in.
Participate in win/loss discussions to understand what features will increase revenue
Ensure release plans are lined up with the revenue targets for each year
Facilities client integration projects with the help of our Integration service team.
Meet and discuss client with clients to become the voice of the customer
Developing technical expertise in understanding the use of models and performing sophisticated risk analyses using AIR's cutting-edge technology for insurers, brokers, and other financial intermediaries in the internationally expanding business of catastrophe risk management
Supporting development efforts by documenting software requirements
Supporting documentation efforts by documenting software features
Collaborating with software developers, sales, consulting, researchers and subject matter experts
Assist Consulting team in investigating and resolving issues reported in AIR products
About You and How You Can Excel in This Role:

Demonstrated ability to include the "big picture" when developing products and plans for new initiatives
Experience and demonstrated skills communicating with peers, managers, and senior leadership
Strong analytical skills, quantitative and problem solving ability, including experience with REST APIs
Demonstrated business analysis experience for software development including requirements management, use case development and project management
Someone who can work independently and come up with an outline of a requirement
Self-motivated and quick learner, with good organization and time management skills
Familiarity with Agile software development practices is a plus
Ability to think creatively to solve problems
Excellent presentation, public speaking and written communication skills
Familiarity with Cyber insurance industry is a plus
Experience with data management and analytical products is a plus
Experience of managing releases and go to market of Cloud based SaaS products is a plus
BS Degree in technical or related field (Master s degree preferred)
8+ years software product management or business analysis experience particularly for Hosted solutions or building Risk management or modeling solutions
