Our Human Resources Department provides support and services for over 600 employees across six locations in the Puget Sound region: three Fairfax Behavioral Health hospitals in Kirkland, Everett, and Monroe and three Northwest School of Innovative Learning locations in Redmond, Tacoma, and Olympia. We are actively recruiting for a Senior Recruiter to join our team.



Our recruiting team supports full-cycle enterprise and clinical recruiting, workforce and succession planning, policy and compliance, employer branding, employee career development and coaching, temporary agency contracts and recruiting, academic learning and training opportunities (internships, undergraduate and graduate research assistants, postdoctoral research fellowships, etc.), diversity recruiting and outreach, and related coaching, training, and education.



Under direction from the Human Resources Director, the responsibilities will include:



* Partner with the hiring managers to identify and reach passive and active candidates to provide an engaged, diverse talent pool for current and forecasted needs.

* Develop and execute strategic and innovative sourcing, recruiting, and branding strategies with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and a calendar of events to include colleges and universities, alumni groups, diverse professional organizations and networking, social networking, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, agencies, and more.

* Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing resources, new and creative recruiting techniques, labor market and industry trends, and competitor information in order to ensure our sourcing efforts and recruiting practices are successful, cost-effective, and competitive.

* Develop a talent pipeline for immediate hire and upcoming positions as staffing needs dictate.

* Interview candidates to qualify them in relation to position requirements, as well as provide candidates with detailed information on our company, compensation package, business strategies, position details, and expectations. Successfully provide a positive candidate experience from start to finish, including the offer process.

* Build and support the college and diversity recruitment program and career fair conferences by attending events and building strategic relationships with campuses and various organizations.

* Establish goals and objectives to align with the overall HR and recruiting business strategy.

* Oversee recruitment expenses for events and programs within established budget and identify and negotiate cost savings.

* Evaluate effectiveness of current programs and process and make recommendations for improvement.

* Act as an organizational leader in change management by recognizing the value of organizational goals, embodying adaptability while embracing organizational culture, and possessing a successful ability to build meaningful participation and buy-in for such change across the organization.

* Lead client groups and hiring managers in their recruitment and workforce planning needs by intimately understanding their staffing needs, business plan, and market trends that may affect recruitment and retention efforts, guiding and advising on short and long term staffing needs to meet the focused needs of the client group as well as the overall organization.

* Advise HR and senior leadership of organizational and departmental issues, opportunities for improvement in process or structure, or areas of potential opportunity and/or concern.

* Oversee recruitment expenses for events and programs within established budget and identify and negotiate cost savings.

* Evaluate effectiveness of current programs and process and make recommendations for improvement.

* Operates as a recruiting team leader, providing mentorship and guidance to other recruiting and HR staff.

* Provide support in other areas of HR, as needed, including employee relations, compensation, leaves, etc.

* Work with Human Resources team on various projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* Strongly preferred:

* Bachelor degree, as well as HR Certification, is strongly preferred.

* Ability to function in HR roles outside of recruiting (employee relations, compensation analyst, training, etc.), as needed, is strongly preferred.

* Advanced internet / Web 2.0 researching and sourcing proficiency, including Boolean search strings, is preferred.

* Required:

* At least 5 years experience with candidate sourcing and full life-cycle recruiting, along with program development, is required.

* In depth knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws is required.

* High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a strong team player.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage highly confidential information.

* Sense of urgency and business orientation combined with customer service skills.

* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical skills to create, measure, and scale program metrics.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Presentation skills to a large audience are a must.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; SharePoint experience a plus. Must be very computer and web savvy to utilize professional and social networking media and manage multiple internal HR systems (ATS is HRSmart but we are moving to iCIMS; HRIS is Lawson).

* Travel can be up to 10% as required by business needs to support recruitment efforts.
