This role is responsible for leading complex, large scope engagements with business and functional leadership and contributing product architecture expertise, rigor, and insight to teams defining, assessing, and planning to bridge strategy to execution This role will lead the Product Specifications area within Product Architecture, supporting BCO and Product Organization leadership, growing knowledge of Product Architecture tools and methodology and supporting the establishment of an ongoing Product Architecture Practice for Travelers Business Insurance. This job works under General Direction: Establishes procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives in a broad area of work. Generally final results are reviewed. (Typically applies to a manager or expert/top level professional.)Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Influences organizational direction in strategically complex and/or sensitive environments.
Partners with business to support strategy development.
Clarifies goals and strategy.
Designs, leads, and conducts product capability discovery and analysis (all levels of scope/complexity).
Designs business and operating models.
Aligns metrics framework.
Establishes and monitors traceability and linkage between design and execution planning.
Leads ongoing improvement of the design over time.
Contributes to product architecture practice development.
Supports product architecture team development.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. 7 years of demonstrated business experience, with thorough knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments. Thorough knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
