JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Under direction of the Boston Childrens Hospital Neighborhood Partnerships (BCHNP) leadership and in collaboration with the team, produced a high-volume series of online trainings from conceptualization to in-market delivery, along with drafting, executing, and measuring a marketing strategy to promote series on digital channels, events, and other mediums. Increase awareness and engagement of TAP video productions and various program initiatives, from a project management, marketing communications, and graphic design standpoints. Work with the Director to track performance and budget and write reports. Job duties include the following: (1) Video Production Schedules and coordinates project workflow of a high-volume online video series and delivers on time and on budget. Generates concept alongside program Director, designs storyboards, edits and refines videos. Coordinates peer review process to final product, conceptualizes trailers and other promotional videos as needed to promote each series. Assists BCHNP leadership in creating marketing plan and strategy to promote each series upon its release. (2) Marketing Communications - Develops and designs marketing communications promotional efforts and materials such as email campaigns (including list growth/management and email design/ deployment), marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, banners and others, events initiatives (such as booths and sponsorship opportunities), web communications (including website updates and social media ads), and presentations to ensure exposure within our target audience. (3) Quality Assurance & Brand Ensures integrity of projects including accuracy of information, consents, adherence to legal specifications, graphic standards and hospital brand, proper licensing, trademarking, and production quality. (4) Communication and Teamwork - Works collaboratively with BCHNP and TAP teams, and internal departments, as well as external vendors to strategize, organize, and execute marketing projects that are aligned with the projects strategic marketing plan. (5) Vendor Management Provides point of contact to external vendors such as video production studio, video-hosting platform, and partnering departments. Assists Director in managing the programs marketing and video production budget. (6) Targeting & Analysis Routinely sets and measures KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure effectiveness of marketing efforts and adapts strategy accordingly. Assists Director in developing reports for internal and external stakeholders such as the programs partners and donors.
Must have Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications, Video/Film production or closely related field and 3 years of marketing communication experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare and/or education industry. Experience must include creating culturally responsive and multicultural marketing materials and videos; working with e-mail deployment software; working with Adobe Creative Suite; and project management (managing multiple marketing communications projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment).
