Reporting to the Assistant Director of the Business and Project Management Team, under the Office of the COO, the Senior Project Administrator champions and utilizes Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies to systematically eliminate waste and non-value added activities within the operations of Johns Hopkins Medicine International. In both divisions of Patient Services and Global Services, this role is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing high impact projects aimed to improve efficiencies and develop streamlined operations. He/she will play a key role in identifying and executing improvement opportunities to enable sustainable increase in productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction in support of JHI s strategic goals. This position is accountable for delivering strategic results from the application of Lean and Six Sigma and other methodologies/tools and effective change management.
Master s in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is required, but relevant work experience can be considered.
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in: health care, operations, or consulting preferred. Process and System Design/Improvement Experience (highly preferred) Lean Sigma (preferred) International Healthcare experience (preferred). Supervisory, managerial, or project management experience recommended.
Minimum of 9 years relevant work experience in the above without a Master s degree.

Required Licensure, Certification:
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Lean, or similar training required.
