The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible for creating and deploying talent strategies that enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain a talented, diverse and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting of clinical and/or non-clinical staff. Serves as a representative at agencies, universities and other functions.

Day Shift

40 hours per week

Work Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital Campus/Johns Hopkins at Eastern

Minimum Qualifications:

Talent Acquisition Specialist II - Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and three years recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing and developing recruitment plans. Experience developing and implementing social media campaigns is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as professional presentation skills are required for this position. Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, complex organization.
