TALENT & DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
The Talent & Development Partner is responsible for supporting the design, development, and deployment of talent and leadership programs. This role will collaborate with the VP Talent Development, Director Corporate Learning & Development, Human Resource Business Partners, and Learning Partners to create programs and support tools. This role will support the design of talent & leadership solutions utilizing multiple delivery and distribution channels, such as Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), e-learning, mobile learning, micro-learning, video, webinars and more, using dynamic instructional design methodologies aligned to business need and future-focused initiatives such as Digital Transformation. Acts as a partner to the organization to assess talent & leadership development needs and deliver measurable outcomes. Collaborates with leadership and subject matter experts to align talent & leadership development programs with next/best practices and governing body requirements.
Increasing the productivity of the organization with key human capital processes along with training and development programs is the overall deliverable

Collaborates and drives the development of Talent & Leadership programs from scoping, research and needs analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation.
Aids in the building of inclusive and diverse talent processes/pipelines for critical roles within the organization and coaches talent in realizing career aspirations.
Supports Capabilities/competency Modeling, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Career Planning & Management, and Leadership/Learning Development initiatives.
Strengthens talent capability through the delivery of talent assessment tools and one-on-one coaching of high-potentials as well as emerging, mid-level leaders.
Develops communications, training materials, visual aids, and reference materials.
Supports organizational change and culture evolution.
Reviews, evaluates, and improves existing and proposed programs.
Be a good partner and support the Talent Development leader with efficient delivery and communications of respective programs, audits, budgets, and projects.
YOUR PASSION IS SPARKED BY:
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in design, development and facilitation of Talent Management and inclusive Leadership Development programs including a focus on embedding diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization.
Experience with talent assessment, coaching, succession planning, employee engagement, and project management and the enabling HR systems/technology desired.
Experience with organizational change management and instructional design methodologies.
Requires a BA/BS or equivalent relevant work experience in Related Field. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.
Working knowledge of inclusive talent and leadership practices
Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills with the ability to present views and data in a compelling matter; ability to execute projects / process design with strong organizational skills
Proven history of managing multiple simultaneous projects
Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business situations and circumstances
Excellent level of attention to detail/thoroughness Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, PowerPoint) and learning technologies (content creation, LMS, etc.)
