JOB TITLE: TERRITORY SALES MANAGER AMERICA



LOCATION: Houston



STRATEGIC BUSINESS UNIT:

Heatric is the market leader in providing Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHEs) and for over 30 years we have designed, manufactured and provided dedicated lifecycle support to a global customer base in the Offshore, Onshore, Marine and Power Generation markets.



Our Headquarters is in Poole Dorset where the majority of our 200+ employees are based. We have a second facility in Birmingham which conducts our chemical etching process. In addition to our UK sites we have sales offices in Brazil, Houston, Singapore and Korea.

Purpose:

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a proven territory sales manage to represent a world leader within the Heat Exchanger industry. Our clients are predominantly within the oil and gas sector, marine and renewable energy fields. THIS IS A TECHNICAL SALES ROLE REQUIRING DETAILED ENGINEERING-BASED DISCUSSIONS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ESTABLISH THEIR NEEDS. YOU LL ALREADY HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF HEAT TRANSFER AND BE ABLE TO OFFER TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS TO OUR CLIENTS. The role will be based in Houston.

As a Sales Manager, YOUR CONNECTIONS WITHIN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRIES will enable you to achieve order intake targets at margins which promote business growth. You will be driven to create a demand for our products and services whilst developing robust key account management plans. Your ability to build high level relations with decision-makers, together with your commercial understanding/negotiation skills will be key to your success.

Core responsibilities:

* Developing strategic sales plans to achieve long term sales and growth

* Forecasting sales revenue

* Understanding the market trends and competitor activity

* Manage and maintain sales activity within CRM system

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: REQUIRES A DEGREE LEVEL EDUCATION, BACHELORS OR MASTERS, PREFERABLY IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING OR RELEVANT DISCIPLINE, TOGETHER WITH PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE IN OIL AND GAS OR ADJACENT MARKET

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES LIST

* Knowledge or understanding of heat exchangers

* Preferable current working knowledge of oil and gas markets

* Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships

* Excellent customer service orientation

* Strong decision-making skills

* Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports

* Ability to make oral presentations

* Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
