Motorola Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Total Rewards Intern to join our Human Resources team.
Primary responsibilities of the Total Rewards Intern will include:
* Providing support to employees with various benefits related questions (including medical, dental, vision, life, disability & retirement).
* Supporting employees in the requesting and administration of leaves of absence (including submitting requests, entering leave information into Workday and answering employee questions).
* Partnering with third-party administrator (TPA) as needed for research and follow-up with employees and/or vendors as needed.
* Providing support with annual compliance requirements.
* Assisting with developing communication materials to increase awareness and ensure benefit plans are effectively utilized.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
Candidates must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date on or after December 2020.
